MaAidaOPC Dropshipping Program terms and policies

These Dropshipping Program Terms & Policies (“Terms”) govern participation in the MaaidaOPC Dropshipping Program (“Program”). By applying for, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“Dropshipper,” “Partner,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
“MaaidaOPC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of MaaidaOPC.com.
1. Program Eligibility and Approval
Participation in the MaaidaOPC Dropshipping Program is subject to application and approval.
Applicants must provide complete, current, and accurate information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion and may request additional information to verify an applicant’s identity, business, website, sales channels, or other relevant information.
Approval to participate in the Program is not transferable.
2. Independent Business Relationship
Dropshippers participate in the Program as independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or other legal relationship between MaaidaOPC and the Dropshipper.
Dropshippers are responsible for operating their own businesses and complying with all laws, regulations, licenses, permits, tax requirements, and marketplace rules applicable to their activities.
3. Products and Availability
Approved Dropshippers may offer eligible products available through MaaidaOPC.
Product availability may change without notice. A product appearing on MaaidaOPC.com or in a product feed, catalog, or other resource does not guarantee that the product will remain available when an order is submitted.
We reserve the right to add, modify, restrict, discontinue, or remove products from the Program at any time.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other information. However, product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Dropshippers are responsible for ensuring that the information presented to their customers is accurate and appropriate before publishing or advertising a product.
Product colors, packaging, specifications, dimensions, accessories, and other characteristics may vary when permitted by the applicable product listing.
5. Pricing
Dropshippers are responsible for establishing their own retail prices unless a product is subject to a manufacturer, supplier, marketplace, or legally permitted pricing restriction.
MaaidaOPC may change wholesale prices, dropshipping prices, fees, shipping charges, or other applicable costs at any time.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed or otherwise communicated by MaaidaOPC when the order is submitted and accepted.
6. Orders and Payment
Dropshippers are responsible for providing complete and accurate customer, shipping, billing, and order information.
Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by MaaidaOPC. Orders may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized or received.
We reserve the right to place an order on hold, request verification, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other operational or compliance concerns.
7. Order Fulfillment
For accepted dropshipping orders, MaaidaOPC or its applicable fulfillment partners will arrange shipment to the shipping address provided with the order.
Dropshippers are responsible for verifying all customer information before submitting an order. MaaidaOPC is not responsible for additional costs or delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the Dropshipper or customer.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges and available shipping methods may vary according to the product, destination, order size, carrier, and fulfillment location.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs, inventory issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Dropshippers should not promise customers a guaranteed delivery date unless MaaidaOPC has expressly provided such a guarantee for the applicable order.
9. Tracking Information
When available, shipment tracking information may be provided after an order has shipped.
Tracking information is supplied by the applicable carrier. MaaidaOPC does not control carrier tracking systems or guarantee that tracking information will always be available or immediately updated.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are subject to the MaaidaOPC return and refund policies applicable to the product and order.
Dropshippers must review applicable return requirements before making representations to customers.
A return should not be sent to MaaidaOPC or a fulfillment location without following the applicable return authorization process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Dropshippers remain responsible for communicating with their customers regarding customer-facing returns and refunds unless MaaidaOPC expressly agrees otherwise.
11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, the Dropshipper should contact MaaidaOPC promptly and provide the requested documentation.
Documentation may include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, damage, serial number, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
Claims are subject to the applicable MaaidaOPC return, replacement, shipping, and supplier policies.
12. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost or an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, the Dropshipper should contact MaaidaOPC so that the shipment can be investigated with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a refund or replacement is approved.
13. Customer Service
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Dropshipper is the primary point of contact for its customers.
Dropshippers are responsible for handling customer inquiries, order questions, cancellation requests, complaints, returns, chargebacks, and other customer-service matters arising from sales made through their stores or sales channels.
MaaidaOPC will provide reasonable support to the Dropshipper regarding orders placed through the Program.
14. Sales Channels and Marketplaces
Dropshippers may sell eligible products through approved websites, online stores, and marketplaces, subject to these Terms and any product-specific restrictions.
Dropshippers are responsible for complying with the policies of Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, social-commerce platforms, or any other marketplace or service they use.
Approval for the MaaidaOPC Dropshipping Program does not constitute approval by any third-party marketplace.
MaaidaOPC may restrict certain products, brands, or categories from being sold through particular marketplaces or channels.
15. Product Images, Descriptions, and Content
Approved Dropshippers may use product images, descriptions, specifications, and other materials supplied by MaaidaOPC solely for the purpose of marketing and selling eligible MaaidaOPC products during their participation in the Program, subject to any supplier, manufacturer, trademark, copyright, or product-specific restrictions.
Content may not be used in a misleading, unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or unauthorized manner.
Permission to use MaaidaOPC-provided content does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights to the Dropshipper.
16. MaaidaOPC Name and Branding
Participation in the Program does not give a Dropshipper ownership of or unrestricted rights to the MaaidaOPC name, logo, trademarks, branding, website content, or other intellectual property.
Dropshippers may not represent themselves as MaaidaOPC, claim to be an employee or agent of MaaidaOPC, register confusingly similar domain names or social-media accounts, or otherwise create the impression that their independent business is owned or operated by MaaidaOPC.
Any authorized use of MaaidaOPC branding may be revoked at any time.
17. Advertising and Marketing
Dropshippers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising, product listings, promotions, reviews, endorsements, email marketing, social-media marketing, and other promotional activities comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
Dropshippers must not make false, misleading, unsupported, or deceptive claims about MaaidaOPC or any product.
Dropshippers may not advertise products they know are unavailable or intentionally misrepresent pricing, shipping times, warranties, product characteristics, discounts, or availability.
18. Prohibited Conduct
Dropshippers may not:
- Engage in fraud, deceptive practices, or unlawful activity.
- Submit orders using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment information.
- Misrepresent their relationship with MaaidaOPC.
- Make unauthorized warranties or guarantees on behalf of MaaidaOPC.
- Use MaaidaOPC intellectual property without authorization.
- Manipulate orders, promotions, refunds, or Program benefits.
- Provide intentionally inaccurate customer or order information.
- Sell products through prohibited channels or territories.
- Violate applicable intellectual-property rights.
- Use customer information for unauthorized purposes.
- Engage in conduct that could reasonably harm customers, suppliers, MaaidaOPC, or the reputation or operation of the Program.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
19. Taxes
Dropshippers are responsible for understanding and satisfying their own tax obligations, including sales tax, use tax, income tax, VAT, GST, resale-certificate requirements, and other taxes that may apply to their businesses.
Where required, Dropshippers must provide valid resale certificates, exemption certificates, or other documentation.
MaaidaOPC may collect applicable taxes when required by law or when valid exemption documentation has not been provided.
20. Customer Data and Privacy
Dropshippers must protect customer information and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
Customer information obtained through the Program may only be used for legitimate purposes related to processing, fulfilling, supporting, and administering orders, except where another use is legally authorized.
Dropshippers must not sell, improperly disclose, misuse, or unlawfully process personal information received in connection with the Program.
21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Dropshippers are responsible for chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud claims, and customer disputes arising from transactions conducted through their own websites, marketplaces, payment processors, or sales channels.
A customer chargeback against the Dropshipper does not automatically create an entitlement to reimbursement from MaaidaOPC.
22. Product Warranties
Manufacturer or supplier warranties, if any, may vary by product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MaaidaOPC does not create additional manufacturer warranties merely by making a product available through the Dropshipping Program.
Dropshippers must not advertise a warranty that is not actually applicable to the product.
23. Program Suspension and Termination
MaaidaOPC may suspend or terminate a Dropshipper’s participation in the Program for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, excessive disputes or chargebacks, misuse of intellectual property, unlawful conduct, repeated customer complaints, marketplace violations, failure to pay amounts due, or conduct that creates material risk to MaaidaOPC, its customers, suppliers, or partners.
Dropshippers may stop participating in the Program at any time, subject to outstanding orders, payments, returns, disputes, and other obligations.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
24. Changes to the Program
We may modify the Dropshipping Program, including its products, eligibility requirements, prices, fees, policies, features, fulfillment procedures, and these Terms.
Material changes may be communicated through MaaidaOPC.com, the Dropshipper account, email, or another reasonable method.
Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Program and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
MaaidaOPC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Program, continuous availability of any particular product, specific sales results, profitability, marketplace approval, or business success.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaaidaOPC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, arising from participation in the Program.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the Dropshipper agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaaidaOPC and its applicable owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from the Dropshipper’s unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, misleading advertising, misuse of customer information, or operation of the Dropshipper’s business.
28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws specified in MaaidaOPC’s applicable website terms or other governing agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any required venue, arbitration provision, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution procedure should be stated in MaaidaOPC’s governing Terms of Service and incorporated here where legally appropriate.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable MaaidaOPC Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and product-specific terms, constitute the applicable agreement governing participation in the Dropshipping Program.
If a Program-specific provision conflicts with a general website policy, the Program-specific provision will control with respect to participation in the Dropshipping Program unless otherwise stated.

Dropshipper Acceptance
By submitting a Dropshipping Program application or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these MaaidaOPC Dropshipping Program Terms & Policies.
